Planting Wine Grapes | The Walled Garden at Woodhouse Farm

Sunday March 11th is the day planned for The Walled Garden Vineyard planting day, like the previous planting the format will be a morning talk about planting vines, lunch and then help plant two one hundred foot rows of grape vines. In practical terms this means 20 red vine and 20 white vines. If people would like to be involved please let me know. Also a little reminder about the meeting planned for Monday 30th January at The Bell 8.00, to discuss what people would like to see planted for the new season, how we might better deal with holidays, events for the year, and ideas for increasing membership. I hope people do not mind but I have openned the meeting to anyone interested in finding out more about the project as I think it would make a good opportunity for people to talk to current members and ourselves. Look forward to seeing all who can make it.
