Chardonnay is America’s number one selling white wine and it continues to climb the production ladders in order to become the most beloved of dry wines in the U.S. Chardonnay is the most popular white wine grape in wine production today. The Chardonnay wine is originated in the Burgundy wine region of Eastern France. It is amongst the very few grapes which actually does not require blending. It is a kind of complex and aromatic grape, complete and balanced enough in flavor to stand beautifully on its own.

Chardonnay is a dry and desert white wine and should be served lightly chilled at wine fridge temperature of around 15 degreesC or 60F. Because of it’s diversed flavors, the Chardonnay wine can be paired well with diverse foods. You can accompany Chardonnay wine with foods like chicken, turkey, pork or aged cheese.
Storing Techniques:
You can store the Chardonnay wine in a cool place, away from the direct sunlight. Always keep the bottle of the wine on it’s side in order to keep the cork moist when you are not using the wine for couple of weeks or so.
